Shipping policy

Cost of delivery for products is £3.99 (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) or 4.99 (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) and is added onto your order when you check out your basket.

Cost of delivery for subscription boxes is included to UK Mainland Addresses only. Should you require international delivery, please email us and this will be costed up on receipt and then added to the cost of your order. You will also be required to pay VAT if you are an international customer.

 

DELIVERY

When placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted and only when your order has been dispatched will the order be confirmed. We will email you to say that your product has been sent. Please check your spam folder.

Items will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout or activation. Should this require later amendment, additional postage costs will need to be covered by you.  

​You are responsible for the delivery address provided on your order.  Any alteration in the address for subscription deliveries must be provided at least two weeks in advance of the next postage date and sent by email to the following address: hello@fawnandflame.com

Our seasonal subscription boxes will be dispatched in the first half of March, June, September and December via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 2 - 7 working days, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may be extended by a reasonable period.

Products will be sent out within 3 – 5 days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 (depending on which you select) and arrive at any UK address within 1 – 7 days after dispatch. You will be notified by email when the parcel is with Royal Mail.

In the event of an item dispatched using Royal Mail being lost or damaged, we will offer to replace the item or offer a refund after 14 days have elapsed after dispatched. (Photographic evidence will be required before replacement is dispatched).

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
