When will I receive my subscription box?
All of our seasonal subscription boxes will be sent out within the first two weeks September, December, March and June. As soon as your box has been dispatched you will receive an email from us to let you know your box is on its way.
We are currently using Royal Mail to send our boxes and you should receive an automated email from Royal Mail with tracking information. Occasionally these emails can end up in your junk folder, so please check here first. Please allow 2-7 working days for your box to reach you after dispatch.
We ask that you give us at least two weeks notice of any address changes by emailing hello@fawnandflame.com.
What are my delivery costs?
If your delivery address is in the UK, the delivery costs of all subscription boxes is included in the price. Should you require international delivery, please email us and this will be costed up and then added to the cost of your order. You will also be required to pay VAT if you are an international customer.
What happens if I don’t receive my box?
In the event of a box being lost or an item in the box being damaged, we will offer to replace the item or offer a refund after 14 days have elapsed after dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage once goods have been delivered.
What happens if I change my mind about signing up to the subscription box?
We hope you don’t change your mind, but you have up to 14 days after signing-up to cancel. After this time, there will be no refunds given but you can then cancel your subscription at any time by going into your account.
If you'd like to pause or skip a box then please let us know via email and we can arrange this for you.
What if I’ve already read the book?
We purposely choose books that are slightly less well-known but there is always a risk that you might have already read it. Maybe you would like to re-gift the book to a friend, or donate it to a charity? However, if this is not possible, drop us an email, and we will do our best to replace it. You will be required to send the book back to us at your own cost.
What if I don’t like surprises?
We will not reveal the titles of the book in the subscription box before dispatch in order to retain the element of surprise. However, you can email us before hand at hello@fawnandflame.com and we will let you know which seasonal read has been carefully selected for that particular box – just don't tell anyone else!
Can I send a subscription box as a gift?
Yes definitely! However, your friend won’t be given a separate account login and it’ll be your responsibility to manage the subscription on their behalf, so putting in their delivery and email address. They will then receive all the tracking information when the box is dispatched.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account on the Fawn and Flame website. However, please note that once your payment has been taken for that season’s box, the order is automatically created, and so you will still receive the next box but you will stop any future payments and orders being generated. You can also pause your subscription should you need to by emailing us, but again it will need to before the payment is taken.
